SirFixALot is a lifesaver, went to work one day and couldn't get onto the internet SirFix came over and worked on my computer until all was working and it had nothing to do with cable...on another occasion computer wouldn't turn on....suddenly I was in a panic ...called Sir and he was there on a dime...
